Switching between two devices is problematic at best, simply doesn't work much of the time. Some applications, e.g. Youtube on smart TVs don't seem to register as playing or pausing, so the only solution is to disconnect and reconnect the device and try again. Rather than have the application advise to stop playback on one device and then perform playback operations on the other (which doesn't work), why not actually allow that switch to be performed in the app?

Still unfixed. Ad spam via notification (the category is "Information"), app re-enables "Speak-to-chat" every time I connect my headphones to my phone, constant problems connecting whenever there is an app update (they don't get automatically installed for some reason) or the app feels like it. The [custom] button has 3 options, all of them useless. The headphones would be okay without this app, but with it they're just terribly overpriced. My next nc-headphones will definitely not be sony. 🙄

Tries to be fancy with audio device switching, but it's a constant dumpster fire. The headset is always connected to a random variety of my devices, with audio/mic/phone/music randomly allocated between all of them, with no clear or easy control of which device gets what. And even if you get it stable on one device, once you switch to sheer another, the house of cards crumbles. So much easier before we had apps. And how come the Sony headphones app isn't called "Sony headphones"? Hard to find.
